Serve First’s platform brought together large volumes of customer feedback from multiple sources, but the experience lacked clarity, consistency, and actionable insight. Users struggled to translate raw data into meaningful improvements, and the product ecosystem across desktop, mobile, and tablet was fragmented, limiting scalability and impact.
solution
I led a complete redesign of the platform, unifying the experience across all devices and introducing a new AI-powered analytics layer. By creating 11 new AI-driven features, I transformed complex feedback data into clear, actionable outcomes - enabling customers to make faster, more informed decisions and ultimately improve their NPS scores by 121%.
As Head of Product Design, I built the product from the ground up. I established a scalable design system and implemented an AI-powered design tool stack that significantly accelerated delivery while maintaining consistency across platforms. I led all user research and analytics, uncovering key pain points and opportunities that shaped the product strategy and feature set.
I designed and delivered end-to-end experiences across desktop, mobile, and tablet, creating high-fidelity prototypes and production-ready outputs that seamlessly translated into development. Working closely with engineering, I ensured that design and code were tightly aligned, enabling efficient implementation at scale.
Beyond execution, I played a central role in defining the product vision. I led stakeholder pitches and presentations, clearly articulating the value of AI-driven insights and securing alignment across the business. I introduced a new generation of AI analytics tools that didn’t just surface data, but actively guided users toward meaningful actions - shifting the product from a passive reporting tool to a proactive decision-making platform.
The result was a fully scalable, globally launched SaaS product that redefined how businesses engage with customer feedback - turning complexity into clarity, and insight into measurable impact.
